The bag is ok, it’s missing a strap, and I never got the surprise valentine gift… I feel for the amount that I paid, the quality could be much better… I’m very hesitant from ordering from them again…a good thing the bag did arrive fast! The company promptly contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience, apparently I’m the one that misunderstood the picture and the details description… and are going to send me the thin belt and my valentine surprise…
