I bought a product for $37.88. It arrived, but I wanted to return it as per their stated return policy (within 45 days). Instead of accepting it, they refused to give me a return address and only offered $3, then $6, and finally $9 as “compensation.” They then stated that a refund is “not acceptable according to our rules.” This is completely unacceptable and misleading. The product is unused and in original packaging, so there’s no reason to deny the return. This appears to be a dropshipping operation posing with a local address. Exercise caution – they do not follow their own policies.
