Had an item delivered by their courier over 3 weeks ago and they left it on my doorstep without my permission . On returning home from work later that day it had gone. I emailed them that night and they replied stating that shouldn’t have happened. This was the last I’ve heard from them , I have emailed them 4 times since and not had a reply . Currently, I am €514.88 down with no idea as to if I will get a reply/refund etc. Absolutely terrible customer service and I have no idea how to move forward with this. I am having to reply on here as you don’t answer the emails I have sent since my reply. All my emails reference my order number . What else can I do???I replied to your email stating that the parcel wasn’t taken in by a neighbour.I don’t have a video doorbell and even if I had one it would only show somebody taking a parcel from my doorstep. I don’t know what else I can do or stay.
