I had an accident 2 months ago and till now nobody from this company tried to contact me.The other driver hit me ,changed the lanes without checking mirror.The incident was catched on 2 cameras and they wasn’t able to communicate with council to provide the images.After 28 days the CCTV was deleted and Elephant said is 50/50 guilty without to investigate anything.Spending many hours on phone ,many of their workers should not be working there as they look very poor trained and always just trying to connect with other departments.Without any investigation,they cancelled my non claim bonus years and now I have to pay 198.55£ per month for insurance( on different insurance company) because of them.I don’t recommend this rubbish company to nobody.
