Someone stolen the catyalic converter from my car in Nov 2022. I told claims and they instantly said it was a right off.my excess was 250 and I lose 9 yrs no claims.they towed my car to iaa who actioned it. Elephant claims not called me once at at 2am they sent email offering 2500 - 1000 excess for car worth 4500 Then on app ot said 750 excess payout 2750.. I rejected both and want my car back. They now won't call me and fob me off saying system error. I want my car back. Theifs scammers and don't listen to customers. Tom Sam and Bradley in claims mis informed me snd just do what they want.. going to FCA... they taken 15 yes no claims off me....amd made me pay the remaining premium. Europeans teaching British how to be scumsMy details were stolen and they didn't tell me.Update...... Scott Hill called me and offered me a Solution... Good job.. took 10 calls holding for 1 hr each call amd Samuel bevan the only guy answers calls.... they let hackers steal details amd not told customers.
