DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI tried to close a claim on my insurance. The incident was nonfault and I decided not to make a claim. I was told that a claim would remain open until the other party decided that they were not making a claim. My treatment with this company has been appalling! I have spent hours on the phone and was misinformed by the numerous telephone operators - one of them told me that the other party were making a claim against me. Which was incorrect. I made a complaint and was contacted by a "complaints handler", but he seemed to read a pat response from the computer and refused to answer any subsidiary questions (he hadn't a clue), when I asked him a simple question, he hung up the phone. I then asked for the complaint to be escalated and have not heard from them in over 2 weeks! They are breaching their own complaints policy. I should not pay a company money to be treated like this. I have referred the matter to the Financial Conduct Ombudsman. Atrocious.
