First off, they send you an email and want your feedback and then you hit submit but it won’t go through! SmhSo yea, no I’m not satisfied at all! Here’s why! The supervisor (maybe Yvonne) was not as helpful as she could’ve been. She gave false information at first to avoid giving me a credit. Upon me informing her of the email that I received stating that I could receive a credit she then tried to change the narrative to say it was only because I was speaking to the robotic assistant in which I never was. I have been a long standing customer and never have been late and simply asked for the check return fees to be waived and she just didn’t want to waive them. She gave me the red-tape about my having a new policy and that’s all she sees and will go by as if she couldn’t see that I was an existing customer. I was perturbed that she insisted that I was a new customer I thought surely there was a way that you all have a database where you’re able to see that a customer existed whether they have a new policy or not. It was after that she then changed her narrative. So overall she could have handled this escalated call much better than she did, I was not completely satisfied at all.The only reason my payment kept being returned was because you guys take forever and a day to take the funds and they kept interfering with other transactions which was unfortunate! I’ve otherwise NEVER been late on a payment and is on auto-draft so why can’t both fees be waived instead of one? I received an email that says I had one fee of $35 just waive them both! This is ridiculous!
