If I could give them zero stars, I would. We ordered a ventilation unit for €1094 ventilation unit plus a €72 controller. The controller did not arrive. Contacted Electronew and told them that the delivery note said 2 items on the note but only one was delivered. We immediately contacted the delivery driver who said on whatsapp that there was only one item in the shipment. Electronew said several times that only one item was dispatched and told us several times to check the box (which arrived broken - we have a photo). Now all of a sudden, they are claiming that they had a system error and they believe 2 items were delivered; his is despite the delivery driver saying there was 1 item in the shipment and us saying that 1 item was delivered. How convenient and how very very stupid and short sighted. The controller cost €72 and it is wired in. We have no use for a 2nd controller but we need the controller for the system to work. TAlso, We explained we were not there for delivery (our builder signed for it) but we arrived home very soon after and immediately contacted the delivery driver but despite all of this plus a screenshot of the WhatsApp conversation with the SUBCONTRACTED driver, who confirms that ONE parcel was delivered, they still claim 2 were delivered. The driver is saying one was delivered, we told them one was delivered; they claimed one was dispatched and now they claim 2 were delivered. I’m seriously starting to wonder if I have been dealing with an AI bot on email because I can not believe anyone could be this illogical.
