I entered the reboot shortly after my wife passed away. I was in a vulnerable time and knew I needed the additional support to control my behaviors and rewire my mind. The guys at the program were helpful from the start. I first spoke with Hon who introduced me to the program and got me started. From there, the weekly meetings that I could join were immensely helpful. The tools that they give are practical and worthy. And they are sure to let you know that if you don't work the program, it won't work for you. That was the wake up call I needed to become a responsible adult in my own personal matters. There's no shame in the group, so it frees you up to be real, honest, and dangerous against your out of control behaviors.
