I purchased an order back in April 2025 to give the product a go. Turning 30, you start worrying about Collagen productivity and all, haha! The order came quick, not damaged at all and was packaged well. Some great elements to the order were the extras you get, like the whisk and air tight tub, I also really appreciate the calandar to keep an eye on consistency too, which can be great for neuro-spicey brains, like mine. Sadly, even with consistency the products just didn't work for me or agree with my body, that's ok and that's what trying new things is all about and I was able to try it due to the lovely money back guarantee you recieve from the business, which makes it rather trustworthy!That trust came through as I got in touch with Alex, the customer service team about my thoughts and experiences and they came back SUPER QUICK. Literally within mins (though some replies may be slower depending on when you send them, so keep that in mind and give them grace). They issued a full refund too and were incredibly empathetic and understanding. It honestly meant the world. I was sorry the product didn't work for me but I'm still providing a great review because really everything else was just top notch and I really feel like I was listened to. We need to stop blaming and shaming businesses for things that aren't in their control, because everything that was in their control was fabulous and appreciated.
