I reached out via chat to inquire about my order, as I hadn't received any response in weeks, and was told that because of my review, they no longer wish to engage with me! How absurd! They already took my money! After that remark, the representative abruptly ended the chat on the site. This platform feels like a total scam. Spend a little extra elsewhere; at least you'll receive what you pay for.
