My son attended this company's courses for 2 years, with one of the year being 2020, the pandemic one. The courses, the content and the structure is very useful, well structured and demanding for the kids. 2020 was very challenging but the company managed to deliver an online system in a very short period of time that took over quite well the face-to-face one and allowed us to continue to practice and also hold mock exams. They also provided lots of extra materials (paper and online) free of charge, as a bonus to their existing customers.The two things that I believe should be improved (which triggered the 4 rating rather than a 5) are: a) more personalised feed-back on results to the parents (better and more frequent and timely) and b) communication (more and more timely). I am very pleased overall that we have chosen this tuition provider for our son's education.
