I placed an order the first time they forgot to include my housenummer. After a long time of mailing back and forth they told me that I had to place the order again. And the second time I made sure i included the housenumber but again they dit not take it. So I have right now 2 order that are at the delivery station I contacten elf and the delivery company and both they told me they can’t do anything about it. I got 500 points for the inconiniou and my money is still by elf
