This is perhaps the most disappointing experience related to add-ons. The Media Fusion add-on barely functions and fails to authenticate with a service, and there’s no authentication option for another service either. Attempting to get support has been futile; after submitting a ticket, I waited nearly 24 hours without a response. Relying on Discord for support is ineffective if there’s no real engagement with customers, whether they are paying or not. I encountered numerous issues with the troubleshooting dashboard, which keeps returning a 404 error. I've successfully managed my add-ons independently and wanted to explore this popular service, but it has proven to be a waste of time and effort. Avoid using this service. Edit: I apologize for not responding sooner, but like everyone else, I have a job. The delay in response was frustrating, and while I understand that the Media Fusion add-on is a free public instance, it’s misleading not to mention that only paying customers receive support. I believe this feedback should remain visible, as it reflects on the service despite being unrelated to the self-hosted aspect. Additionally, banning me from the Discord server feels childish and indicates that the company struggles to handle criticism, whether positive or negative.
