I bought 6 packs in total for my 3 daughters. Even though I washed the hair out of habit, there was no odor, the hair felt soft, and the final appearance was stunning! Save your money and do it yourself instead of spending it all at the salon. Remember, you need to wash and prepare your hair at the salon anyway, so you're already halfway there. You might as well save that extra $300 or more. P.S. My braids might not be perfect, but the hair covered it all and looked fuller than what I usually get at the salon! Typically, I spend over $1200 for all three girls, but this time I spent less than half and achieved the same, if not better, results.
This hair is genuinely my favorite to use! I recently created a stunning hairstyle with their curly hair, and all of my clients can't get enough of it! The bundles were enough for a full head! The packs are generous, they don't shed, and the length is accurate!

They provided a list of what human hair should do, claiming it should be easy to run fingers through. I explained that I couldn't and sent photos. After spending a lot on the hair, I was advised to use a detangling spray. Despite sharing images showing how tangled it was, they refused to resolve the issue.

I do not recommend this service! They seem to hide negative reviews on their site; I attempted to share my experience multiple times (I have screenshots). The quality is good, but I ordered 'Autumn brown' and received an orange shade instead. They refused my exchange request and offered a small compensation instead, insisting it was the same color, which it clearly wasn’t. When I tried to return it, they asked me to pay for shipping back, which was over 30€ (France to China). I feel cheated and won't be using the hair.
I purchased the curly bundles (22, 22, 24, 24) for my daughter, and the curls are stunning right out of the package. They are thick, bouncy, and blend perfectly with her natural hair. I didn't even need to use all the bundles for a full look. I'm extremely pleased!
The customer service is terrible. They promised fast shipping, and I paid for 3-6 day delivery. My order was shipped on April 10th, and as of the 28th, I still haven't received my wig. They refuse to refund me or cancel my order. Very disappointing!
This wig is exactly what I was looking for. It's lightweight and fits perfectly. I didn't even need to flat iron my hair; just brushed it into the wig and it looked seamless! I curled it, and while it didn't hold all day without hairspray, it still looked great.
