I’ve always been a fan of El Ganzo when traveling in Europe and Mexico City, but this location in Paris provided the worst service I’ve ever experienced.When I asked for shoes in my size, I was told nothing was in stock—only to later spot several boxes in my size behind the clothing racks. After trying on a few pairs, I chose a style I liked. My partner also made several purchases, including shoes, pants, jackets, and shirts, as it’s one of his favorite stores too.Unfortunately, when we got back to our hotel, we discovered that the salesperson had placed two different right shoes in the same box. We had an early flight the next morning and couldn’t return to the store.I called the store and explained the mistake. I offered to purchase the missing left shoe if they could send me both left shoes to complete the mismatched pairs. I’ve ordered from El Ganzo online before and had merchandise shipped to the U.S., so I didn’t think this would be an issue. However, after months of back and forth, I was told management would not allow them to ship to the U.S.I also emailed the company and sent messages via Instagram but never received a response. I’m now stuck with two right shoes and very disappointed by the lack of accountability and poor customer service. Think twice before shopping at this location
