I placed two orders in January 2021 - after not hearing anything for a couple of weeks I emailed and was told that there were delays due to Brexit and extra paperwork. I was then asked a couple of weeks after that for my passport number. Then radio silence - nothing from them despite repeated emails. They are still sending out emails claiming to deliver to the UK, but at the moment I don't think they do.Update 6th March - i've been told that the items I ordered have not been sent out because the company still does not have any news about UK orders and offered me the chance to cancel the order for a refund. I've suggested that if they are not able to deliver to the UK at the moment, then perhaps they should stop marketing themselves with free UK delivery and stop accepting new orders.
