I ordered EUR 100 worth of clothes at the start of July 2019 and 2 months later I am still awaiting a refund for non delivery (Their UPS courier company are useless and never leave any details to inform you if/when they try to deliver a parcel forcing you to be at home to receive it for a whole week effectively).I've spent hours on hold to the non existent customer service team, have sent a dozen chasing emails and demands for reimbursement after they admitted the order had been returned to them. It's been an absolutely terrible experience buying with them and will never do so again. A quick look on FB shows this is a common complaint. Avoid like the plague
