I like the clothes, sizing can be a bit 'hit and miss', but the quality is good and not badly priced.However, the customer service is abysmal...and the sad irony is...they really don't care.Recently bought a pair of size 6 desert boots for the lady in my life, suggested to be UK 6. Reality...not even close, more like a generous UK 4. Requested a swap for another item by email. No response to two requests...only when pursuing web chat after 7 days did a response miraculously come back - 'replacement item now out of stock'. Initially no indication that I had sent two emails to them. Now have to pay to for a return to Spain at £7.00 plus. El Ganso customer response...basically, 'your problem'. Unless you have an El Ganso branch on your doorstep for trying-on/returns etc., steer well clear, dodgy sizing, lazy, indifferent customer service. They just don't care!Coincidentally, 'El Ganso' means 'The Goose'. After putting nearly £1200 into this company's products over the last 12 months...I do feel truly 'goosed'. Thanks El Ganso...you've just lost a customer for life.
