I have purchased several bottles and have been using them for 5 months now. I can confidently say they are not worth the price. The design has flaws that shouldn't be present at this price point: - teats lids are leaking - the teats caps are very hard to open, to the extent that I had to buy a different brand for my nursery as the staff struggled with them (I struggled too). Additionally, customer service is lacking. Initially, I had issues with the teats after buying some through a marketplace; the newborn bottles came with a medium flow teat instead of a slow one. I had to purchase the slow flow, which was very expensive shipping from overseas. I reached out about the leaking lids/teats, but received no response. Lastly, the milk heater I bought is also impractical (it's so easy to turn on accidentally that adjusting settings can be a hassle). In summary, this brand does not justify the price, and I wish their customer service was better. The only items I would recommend are the pacifiers and the milk dispenser.
