I've had no reply or refund on my product I purchased 25 days ago. Got a confirmation number for the order, then when I asked for a tracking no via email I got one"great" I thought, after sending numerous emails the royal mail are still waiting for it to be dispatched to them. The customer care is a complete shambles the number on the site is not manned you have to leave a voice message, they never reply and Tony doesn't exist, think I was lucky to get a product the times before. Try not to use this platform. The address suggest on Google maps that there are a few companies local to this one so be very careful. I'm biting my tongue and minding my p&qs writing this
