This is more about the company than the product as I have never received the products listed. I ordered in good faith on 26th Feb. But n 27th February I received a call from the company stating they did not have the item I had ordered and would I accept an alternative I declined this, I was then told they would see if they could source the item over the weekend and would contact me Monday 2nd March which they did stating they were unable to source the product and would I accept an alternative which I declined, at this point I asked for a refund back on to my card for the amount of £13.95. We have had an email exchange since the 9th March it is now almost 1 month on and my last email has been ignored and I still have no refund. Needless to say I am very disappointed and upset that this has happened. Will certainly avoid this company in the future. Reading other reviews it seems I am not alone with not receiving a refund, the cash must be mounting up for them now with unpaid refunds. Possible scammer alert.
