The initial setup of my profile was good, I got better matches. The monthly service was disappointing. They let days go by before replying back to my matches. It’s one thing to play a little hard to get but I don’t believe it should take over a week before securing a number from a match. I thought the quality of the messages wasn’t great either. When asked for a refund that they told me I could have after the first week if I wasn’t happy, they sent me an angry email and only agreed to send me a refund for 1 out of the 3 weeks I hadn’t received yet.
