Horrible! I placed an order last year.
First, after I paid for my product, they told me it wasn't in stock. Then, when they offered me another product, Amazon wouldn't accept the invoice. In short, I still haven't received the product or my money back, and they haven't even shipped it to the address I sent them.
I made a purchase on October 11th, and after repeatedly inquiring about the shipping status of my product, I was finally informed yesterday that it was out of stock. They offered me a completely different item instead, yet the product they claimed was unavailable is still listed as in stock on the website. Now, I'm requesting a refund, but they aren't responding to my messages. I waited a long time to share this feedback, but it feels like a serious lack of respect and professionalism. They not only lack proper inventory management but also avoid taking responsibility, which feels like a theft of my money. Don't be misled by positive reviews; I ended up suffering instead. Consider seeking legal advice; don't allow them to take your money.
