I would give 0 for this company. We applied last year august and we’re waiting months for a decision. When finally a decision was made the engineers came to fit boiler last week but could not fit it due to 15 mm pipes instead of 22mm pipes. They quoted £1500 for the job. I asked elite could I find my own gas fitter and they said yes. Told funding was finishing at end of March but We would still be entitled to new boiler as we applied before. Just contacted elite to advise them I have arranged for pipes to be changed and their reply is scheme is now closed. Why didn’t they tell me last august pipes were not right. I asked speak to manager and she replied I am the manager. I asked why did 2 members of staff tell me I would get a boiler still couldn’t answer. Question is would the scheme still be open if I paid £1500 to change pipes
