Joined Elitw Legal Practice 2 years ago. I had enrolled 8 accounts with them as they assured me they will be successful in helping me. They advised me to stop paying all my credit cards . All accounts went into collection. The first collection Elite Legal Practice dropped the ball and never had representation for my im court. I was judged as a vacant seat and had full default judgment against me. 5 more summons and $5,300.00 in payments to Elite legal i have no resolved accounts and owe more then when I started 2 years ago with Them. As accounts were going into summons and collection Elite would remove them from enrolled list and give you like a $6 @ month discount for losing an account. Eventually I got to the point that I was paying Elite more then my credit balance of the 2 last accounts would be. I told Elite they need to come down on monthly payments and the said give them a couple of months to get back to me with an answer and new payment plan. We'll no one ever got back to me and they started withdrawing monthly payments again without a agreement. I finally asked for a refund and to be canceled from program. They denied my refund and canceled me from there system. I now owe all 8 accounts that I started with program. However now it's all in collections and with all higher balances and out $5,300. 00 that i paid Elite Legal practice. In my opinion they are a scam.
