I recently required emergency treatment for a painful infection whilst on holiday in Kusadasi. I made an initial enquiry which was responded to very quickly and an appointment arranged on my behalf the same day. Ozlem was fantastic, collecting me from my apartment and taking me to the hospital where she translated for me/the doctor and the pharmacist, fully explaining the treatment and subsequent medication. Her fast response and levels of service salvaged what remained of my stay. I cannot recommend highly enough.
