I am very disappointed with this service. For over three months, they have been withdrawing money from my account without my permission. Despite my efforts to reach out via email and messaging, I received no response. This behavior is unacceptable, and it feels like a scam. I am working with my bank to recover my funds and plan to report them. I share this as a warning to other parents.
