Marcel and his wife were incredibly friendly throughout the entire process, and communication with them was always easy and clear. They were consistently available to answer any questions, very professional, and extremely polite.
Our journey from Paris Orly to London took less than six hours and was smooth, calm, and relaxing from start to finish. The car was very spacious, and my cat was even allowed out of the travel bag, which made the trip much more comfortable for him. Marcel also assisted us at the pet reception in Calais, which was a huge help.
On top of that, Marcel is a genuinely nice person and great company for conversation during the drive. Having used this service twice now, I can confidently recommend Elite Pet Taxi and will definitely be using them again in the future.
