Totally ridiculous choice for reseller hosting.Very attractively priced - but totally useless in 2021.With ALL hosting, competent & fast support is what matters the most in keeping things working.Vs. what ESM has=>Unresponsive support that is not even capable of helping with simple matters and is definitely staffed via outsourcing with folks who are not native english speakers & thus cannot even grasp what has been asked of them.Then they make things worse by having a good refund policy - but severely delaying making the refund AND subtracting both of their PP transaction fees from the total amount refunded.Zero redeeming features after all the uselessness & hassles.They may have been great years back - but not anymore in 2021.
