DO NOT TRUST ELITE SHIPPING!!!They deserve negative stars, less than zero!!Elite Shipping cannot be trusted they are scammers and common thieves posing as a reputable shipping business. I have never had such terrible service especially in the UAE. My household belongings were picked up in Dubai, UAE and packed in Oct of 2025 for shipment to the USA. It is now almost March of 2026 and the container is still held up at the port in Houston Texas. The reason: Elite Shipping hasn't paid the fees or the import company handling the last mile. They have a cash flow problem they say. In addition to failing to deliver all of my belongings as agreed in our contract, they scammed me in the process. I was given 2 options for my move. 1. Exclusive Solo shipping, solo container, easier and faster packing/unpacking, customs clearances, and no cross contamination or mix-ups. Billed as much faster overall. 2. Groupage Container Shipping. My things are mixed with other shipments to fill the container at a reduced cost but would take longer. Must wait until the container is filled, unknown items mingling, unknown possible issues with customs due to no control over what's in their boxes, etc. The difference in price is approx. USD $2800, just under double the overall price. Total I paid USD$6,800I paid for the exclusive solo package as I was told this would be much faster. I liked having only my items in the container also. Once the receiving shipping company in the USA contacted me to set up the customs paperwork and arrange for delivery, I was informed the contract they received has my things in a groupage container, and the manifest list showed multiple shipments in the one container. I found this out while asking them about the timeline for delivery and clearances. The USA team told me it would definitely take longer as a mixed shipment in customs, and they would need to take the container to their warehouse and sort it and reload it before it could be delivered to me. I immediately contacted Elite Shipping about this, and they admitted it was a mistake and apologized and told me they would review what happened and get back to me with a solution. They have since stop responding to emails and won't return my calls. Now I have been charged nearly double for the basic service, and all of my belongings are stuck in the Houston port with no way for me to get them out. No one from any senior level has ever replied or contacted me, only the sales rep originally. Unacceptable level of communication and unscrupulous business practices. They need to have their license revoked in the UAE. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY BELONGINGS!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!! Warning!!!
