I am extremely frustrated with my shipment handled by Elite for my TEMU order. Since Monday, I have been receiving repeated WhatsApp messages requesting my location, yet no delivery has been made up to today (Saturday). Each time I contact customer service, I am asked to provide the same details repeatedly and assured the delivery will be completed within 48 hours, but this promise has not been honored. And whats sad my shipment is marked as delivered.
