One of the worst delivery companies I’ve ever dealt with. There is a delivery representative with this number 0508597205 who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called him three times, and he kept hanging up on me. I called the call center When I asked to speak to a manager, they didn’t allow me to. The representative spoke to me as if I was nothing — completely disrespectful and unacceptable behavior.I really don’t understand how a company like Elite Co can have such representatives dealing with customers. This kind of attitude gives a very bad image of the whole company. I even tried to file a complaint, but I’m sure nothing will be done about it. Very disappointing experience.
