Not great, after making an online request, i expected an immediate call back to arrange collection. I did not get a call until the next day, some 30 hours later. Prior to that i called them twice, but operators on the phone did not have much knowledge and did not give me much confidence that my package would indeed be safe in their hands. As i threatened to take my business elsewhere they said "its up to you". As i had doubt to send important documents with them in fear of them losing the documents, I did just that and went to a reputable shipping company, many of which offer good rates if you ask! This company needs to sharpen up.
