I used the lead service in September last year and not only they had a very long delay due to cash flow issues in Europe, which mean my furniture was stuck in port and couldn’t be released, they also broke my things, most notably a TV. They are not taking any accountability. They are denying that it is their doing and they are very elusive and very hard to contact. I strongly recommend do not use elite shipping, very bad company, and you can only expect the worst. Moreover the owner now is trying to hide by saying he is sick and away and can not help me. I see a lot of positive reviews but I absolutely do not believe they are true. DO NOT TRUST them, I strongly believe those reviews are being bought.
