This is a shabby organisation. Trying to make a complaint or get in touch with customer services is a mine field. I had a match which I’m fairly sure was genuine and we were getting on splendidly via messaging and then the whole conversation thread AND profile just disappeared into thin air. I’m going to cancel my subscription and also advise my bank that this company have no authority to collect subscriptions.
