I’ve used EliteSupps multiple times without any issues, which makes this experience even more disappointing.My most recent order arrived with a missing item (Conteh Sports Organ Defence tablets). I initially assumed it might be sent separately, but this wasn’t the case.Customer service took several days to respond and advised me to check the parcel again, despite me already confirming the item was not included. I was then told that their internal checks (including CCTV) show the item was packed, and therefore they are unable to resolve the issue unless a courier investigation is completed.At this point, I’m left without an item I paid for, with the responsibility seemingly being pushed onto the courier rather than being resolved directly.Up until now I’ve had no problems, but this situation hasn’t been handled in a fair or customer focused way.
