Reached out to them on all their socials for a response to receiving damaged goods from them, spent over £100 and opened my parcel to find cream of rice powder everywhere as the bag had split. As I said tried reaching out via the email address and on social media and had no response at all! Really annoyed and won’t be going back to them again.
