As someone who isn’t very good with computers I found the set up easy - supported by Szymon who was never slow to respond, even with help setting up brokers and vps , which let’s face it, isn’t his job to support. He was always on hand quickly even though I was installing and setting up in evening and weekends! I purchased the month trial - and was so impressed that after 4 weeks I bought the lifetime version. I actually made 20%profit with live money in the first month . Nothing is too much for these guys - customer service is exemplary, and the EA works, there is also a well used discord chat group who are friendly and welcoming to newbies, sharing settings and ideas that they find successful - what more could you want? If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!!
