Very disappointedI want to share my experience after my husband’s hair transplant at this clinic in Istanbul.While the surgery itself was completed, the overall treatment and communication were highly unprofessional:• There was no English translator present during the medical procedure, so my husband could not understand what was being said or explained to him.• The staff did not properly explain the procedure, the medications, or the aftercare.• My husband was given medication without clear explanation of what it was or why he needed it.• He felt very unwell after the procedure, but there was no medical supervision, no one to answer his questions, and no opportunity to speak with the doctor.• The staff ignored our concerns, and when we submitted an official complaint, the clinic did not respond or take responsibility.This experience was stressful, confusing, and unsafe. A medical clinic should provide clear communication, proper consent, and care for the patient’s well-being — especially when treating international patients who don’t speak Turkish.We do not recommend this clinic to anyone, especially foreigners who need proper support and communication during medical treatment.
