The representative assured me it would be handled, but it wasn't, and the item arrived a few days later. I searched for a return address but found none on the site. Instead, I had to complete a form to confirm the box was unopened. After two days of submitting the form, I was informed that it might take a while to receive a return address as they awaited 'permission' from their supplier. Meanwhile, they are holding onto my money...
