AWFUL EXPERIENCE

I placed an order on Feb 21 (GBP £497.08), and it was shipped to Canada on Feb 28. But on Mar 25, Canadian Customs refused it and sent it back. Elivera UK received the returned package on Apr 15. Since then, I've emailed multiple times with no response, and their phone number doesn't work. I still haven’t received my order or a refund. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.I honestly wouldn’t even give their customer service one star — they don’t deserve it. I spent nearly £500, and after my order was rejected by Canadian Customs and returned (which they received over a month ago), I’ve heard nothing. I’ve emailed over and over — completely ignored. Tried calling? The number doesn’t even work. It’s beyond frustrating. I feel completely scammed. This is not how a serious company treats its customers.
