I ordered a product, it came from EU so they werent able to send me tracking. This is the only answer I got from them. After 2 weeks I wanted to cancel the order, as there was still news about it but they did not respond to my email. Obviously no phone number. Tried another email. No response. A month later a product arrived. Another email still no response.Avoid. Not worth the hassle.
