The subscription and return policies are very misleading, making it feel like I was forced into a subscription. When I tried to cancel my subscription and return the product, the company failed to issue a refund or accept the return. I was hopeful, but ended up losing over $200 of my hard-earned money on a product that didn’t work. I'm extremely disappointed.
