I had great results, BUT....

I had great results, but the customer service quickly went downhill. The company ONLY offers chat via email or chat box. I needed to halt my subscription, so they offered me a "pause" for 6 months. (There are no options on their website other than "skip".) I NEVER received any communication at 7 months that the autoship would reenact on ALL of my products at a whopping $210! Attempted to cancel, but they only respond within 2-3 days and they stated they couldn't cancel it since it already shipped. Also refused a refund. Just like most companies, it used to be great and then went to crap after all the 5star reviews. Really disappointed because I think some of their products are really helpful. **In response to Business reply: when you log into your account you cannot pause or cancel anything, you have to send an email. It STILL would have been helpful to get a reminder email PRIOR to processing an order that has been on hold for 7 months. Additionally, a good business would offer to return the product and eat the cost of the Cycle balance at ~$40 plus shipping of the other items that can be resold and keep a loyal customer that inquired about other products. Hmmmm ~$55 loss for hundreds of dollars of future costs and loss of future customers due to poor reviews due to poor service. If you see Elix rating on Trust Pilot, I'm not the only previous loyal customer frustrated.
