So my phone broke and I was searching for the best option,cheap and most important ,fast!Usually I order from Ebay,Arizona and things gets in 10 days..I paid for the fast delivery 2-5 days for the new phone from this site and when it did not come I contacted customer support.Although the girl was really nice and polite ,she surprised me with the answer that they do not have phone yet,they will get it in next two weeks,and THAN send it to me..I tried to be calm,it is not her fault but OMG can you imagine my frustration..to be without phone,in 21st century, for the next,who knows...three weeks??!!They should warn customers on this before purchase!They should put the sign on product out of stock,coming soon, anything...this is unexceptionable..I would get phone faster from USA and still even cheaper...not happy..I just want to note this :customer support let me to cancel my order,and they were polite all the time ,so customer service 5 stars , company 3 stars..
