DO NOT BUY! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Extremely poor quality and a nightmare to returnI Clothing was not was even close to the photo or what I expected. When I tried to return, I spent almost one month NOT being able to. First, they represented themselves as NEW YORK but I had to return to CHINA with postage starting at $24.95. The very friendly (and totally inefficient) customer service continued to offer a 35% refund and I could keep the clothes. It was a long, frustrating ordeal. I eventually settled for a return of 45% because of the high cost and very long time to return and (maybe) get a full refund. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. DO NOT BUY FROM ELLA JAMES BOUTIQUE. THEY ARE A SCAM!
