I would give zero stars if I could. Based in Boston, called Ella & James New York, and you can't find an address to file a complaint with BBB. Same experience as everyone on here- they send you garbage that looks nothing like the picture, and then when you try to return it, they offer you 10% of your money and try to gaslight you with how returns are terrible for the environment.
