This is genuinely my last resort and not something I enjoy doing, but aside from taking it to social media, I’m unsure how to get the company to respond to me. I’ve ordered from this company before, and it seems like they must be under new management, as the experience is vastly different now. I placed a large order in November 2025, and after two weeks without any updates, I emailed them to inquire about my order, only to be told it might have been lost. Three-quarters of my order was out of stock, resulting in a partial refund, and I eventually received the remaining items. I wore one item for the first time in December 2025, and all the threads came undone. I emailed them to report the faulty item but received no response. I followed up and got a reply (just before Christmas 2025) asking if I followed the washing instructions and mentioning that no one had reported it as faulty before—without any apology. I replied confirming that I had followed the washing instructions, but it was obviously defective. I provided pictures but still got no response. I’ve reached out twice more (now in mid-January) and have yet to hear back. There’s been no resolution, no return, and no wearable item! I would genuinely recommend avoiding this company based on this experience, which is disappointing since I liked their products.
