Firstly to say I don’t write reviews…this is my first time but I felt I must comment. I’ve tried so many collagen supplements over the years but this one seems to be working unlike many others. The thing I have noticed is my nails. I’ve had short soft nails that would break and tear very easily. After ONLY ONE MONTH of the collagen my nails are rock hard…it’s unbelievable! I’m going to report back after 3 months on hair and skin but I’m genuinely excited! Also I must admit I sometimes struggle to be consistent with taking products but I take this every morning. I love the box it comes in (maybe a minor point) but I leave it by my bed as it looks beautiful and grab my collagen from it every morning!
